Our Story
IMAD was born out of a recognition that development practitioners, particularly in Africa, often work in silos without structured opportunities to share insights, access resources, or collaborate on innovative solutions. While many organisations strive towards common goals, inefficiencies, duplication of efforts, and a lack of coordinated impact measurement persist.
By creating a space where professionals can connect, learn, and co-create solutions, IMAD aims to build a stronger, more interconnected development sector that prioritizes local expertise, solutions and sustainable impact.
